What the fee office gets
Every student's dues in one place
Each student has one fee record: the fee plan, installments, concessions, late fees and dues carried over from last year. You see what is paid, what is due and what is overdue without adding up the register.
Collect at the counter
Take cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque. Collect for brothers and sisters in one payment and each child still gets a separate receipt. At the end of the day the cashier counts the cash and the system shows any difference.
Receipts on WhatsApp
Every payment gets a numbered receipt. Once your school's WhatsApp number is connected, the parent gets the receipt on WhatsApp. Otherwise it goes by SMS or email.
Fee reminders without phone calls
Reminders go out by WhatsApp, SMS or email before and after the due date, on rules you set. If a parent has promised to pay by a date, automatic reminders wait until that date.
A defaulter list you can act on
See every student with dues, class by class, sorted by amount or days overdue. Note each call and what the parent said, so the next person knows where things stand.
Online payments into your own account
Connect your school's own Razorpay or Cashfree account and parents pay online, straight into it. When online payment is on, a reminder can carry a payment link.
A normal fee day
- In the morning the office sees today's list: who is overdue and whose fee falls due this week.
- A parent pays at the counter by UPI. The clerk records it and the receipt reaches the parent's WhatsApp.
- Parents who have not paid get a reminder on the schedule you set. Nobody has to dial them one by one.
- At closing time the cashier counts the cash and closes the day. You see what was collected and by whom.

Questions schools ask about fees
Can we bring in the dues from our old register or Excel?
Yes. Paste or import last year's balances from Excel against each admission number. You check them before they are saved, and anything that does not match a student is set aside for review.
Do parents need to install an app to pay or get receipts?
No. Receipts and reminders reach parents on WhatsApp, SMS or email. Parents who use the EdunodeX parent app can also see their child's fees and pay from it.
Does the fee money come to our school's account?
Yes. Online payments go through your school's own Razorpay or Cashfree account. EdunodeX does not hold your fee money.
Can we give sibling, staff-child or scholarship concessions?
Yes. Set a concession as a percentage or a fixed amount, with start and end dates. It reduces the unpaid fees and can be undone. Waivers and adjustments wait for an approver before they apply.
