Questions schools ask before choosing an ERP
Do we need to install anything at the school?
No. EdunodeX runs in the browser on any computer, and there are apps for parents, teachers, drivers and the office. Nothing to install, update or back up at the school.
Can we bring our students and fees from Excel?
Yes. Students, staff and past fee payments import from an Excel sheet, and you see a preview before anything is saved. The first import is part of setup.
Where is our data kept?
On servers in Mumbai, India, with a daily backup also kept in Mumbai. Each school's records are kept separate from every other school's.
Can we take our data out if we leave?
Yes. Students, fee records and reports export to Excel, CSV or PDF at any time.
Which languages does it work in?
The full app works in English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada. Sign-in also works in Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese and Urdu. On the EdunodeX plan, chat replies to parents in the language they write in.
